		<description>Some good tips there.  I tend to use a slow cooker quite a lot, not just because it is more energy efficient but also because it&#039;s lovely to come home to.  I also tend to do portions for 6-8 people even though there is only 2 of us, that way all we have to do is warm up another portion of the same dish a week later and not cook it from scratch.  It makes shopping cheaper too as generally supermarkets will offer better deals for larger quantities of foods.</description>
